Two weeks ago, I spent beautiful weekend breathing and meditating and reflecting and sharing and all that good stuff in the most wonderful company. Are you familiar with Transformational Breath?© It’s an incredibly powerful tool. I love breath work and spiritual work in general, but when it’s followed by a trademark sign, it just cheapens the experience for me. You’d think that if any school would embrace an open source philosophy it would be New Age, right? They sure make you pay a lot of money to hear talk about unconditional love. Not that I blame them. We all have bills to pay. Religious teachers of all ages and time have found their way to our pockets. I only went because I could afford it. This uncomfortable truth is not addressed often enough in my opinion. Self-help is big business.
